16-1101. Membership of legislature

1. Commencing with the thirty-sixth legislature, the senate shall consist of thirty members and the house of representatives shall consist of sixty members.

2. One member of the senate and two members of the house of representatives shall be elected from each of the thirty legislative districts established in section 16-1102.
