16-226. Nonpartisan elections; time of calling; definition
- Nonpartisan elections shall be called no later than one hundred twenty days before the date of holding the election.
- For purposes of this chapter, "nonpartisan" means an election that is held by a special district established pursuant to title 48 and that is not held concurrently with the general election.
